Linda Luk
Head of Sales, North Asia

Linda Luk is the Head of Sales for North Asia for the International Client Group at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she is responsible for leading our Hong Kong office, overseeing sales and client service activities across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan markets. Prior to joining Allspring, Linda served as a managing director and chief distribution officer at Income Partners Asset Management (HK) Ltd. Before that, she was at Vanguard Investments Hong Kong Ltd., where she held several roles, most recently serving as a managing director and head of Hong Kong distribution. Earlier roles for Linda include serving as head of retail and intermediary channels, Hong Kong and Singapore, at AIG Global Investment Corp. and head of sales, Greater China, at Henderson Global Investors.

Linda began her investment industry career in 1994. She earned a bachelor’s degree in integrated business administration (finance) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Linda has earned the right to use the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation.

Priscilla Phoon
Head of Singapore, Institutional and Financial Institutions

Priscilla Phoon is Head of Sales Singapore for the International Client Group at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, she oversees distribution and client service activities across Singapore institutional & wholesale markets and Korean Financial Institutions. Priscilla brings over 15 years of experience in asset management industry, joining Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM), where she was responsible for the international business development efforts in Singapore and Hong Kong. Priscilla joined WFAM from Value Partners Limited, where she served as institutional sales and investment services. Prior to this, she was a business executive for sales and marketing at Eurekahedge.

Priscilla earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering with honours from Nanyang Technology University in Singapore. She is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals.
